At present we are deciding on which course of action to take with regards to soil improvment and fertilisers. We are tending toward caring for the soil to replace minerals and improve carbon content and the possibility of Australian organic certified fertilisers for the foliage and fruiting needs of the trees. The Desert Fruit Company certainly has some produce to sell this year. At the moment we have mainly Medjool, Barhee and Khalas in 6kg box quantities. In Alice Springs The Desert Fruit Company are selling at the Todd Mall Markets every second Sunday. The next one is the 30th of March. At the markets we sell mainly punnets in 350, 500 and 750 grams. If you would like a larger quantities, like 6kg boxes, just email sales@desertfruitcompany.com.au and we will get to your order. We can deliver in Alice Springs also!
