Hi Andrew,

At present we are deciding on which course of action to take with regards to soil improvment and fertilisers. We are tending toward caring for the soil to replace minerals and improve carbon content and the possibility of Australian organic certified fertilisers for the foliage and fruiting needs of the trees.
Hi Pennie,

The Desert Fruit Company certainly has some produce to sell this year. At the moment we have mainly Medjool, Barhee and Khalas in 6kg box quantities. Just write to sales@desertfruitcompany.com.au with your order including your delivery details, billing address and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Next time your in Alice Springs get in contact with us either via email at info@desertfruitcompany or call 08 8956 0782 to leave a message. We love to have people visit the farm and see the wonderful orchard of dates and soon to be other semi-arid zone fruits!

Greetings from near Wagga in NSW :-)

I hear you have plenty of dates this harvest and wondering if any are for sale?

Are you selling them in 5kg boxes?
How much per kilogram?

I've enjoyed Alice dates every time I've been there (10+) and hope to bring some south.

I love your site (web and physical) and all the best......will call when next in the area.

Cheers laughing and feasting locally
