At present we are deciding on which course of action to take with regards to soil improvment and fertilisers. We are tending toward caring for the soil to replace minerals and improve carbon content and the possibility of Australian organic certified fertilisers for the foliage and fruiting needs of the trees. How much per kilogram?

I've enjoyed Alice dates every time I've been there (10+) and hope to bring some south.
